The strength of California Infrastructure Coalition comes from its ability to mobilize infrastructure advocates throughout the state, not just in Sacramento. Members in Northern California, Southern California and San Diego tailor California Infrastructure Coalition key messages to the infrastructure challenges faced in different regions of the state, so that the messages hit home for the opinion leaders, media, legislators and public who live there. Regional projects are an integral part of Coalition activities. California Infrastructure Coalition members and other stakeholders have meetings, programs and projects focused on the infrastructure challenges faced in their geographic jurisdictions and work to build regional consensus on funding strategies.

Currently California Infrastructure Coalition members are working with growing groups of regional stakeholders on infrastructure evaluations or follow-on dialogues in Orange County, Los Angeles County, the Bay Area, San Diego, and Sacramento.
